AI-POOL provides convenient recharge services and supports mainstream mobile payment methods. This document provides detailed information about the recharge process, payment methods, and important notes.

Supported Payment Methods

AI-POOL currently supports the following payment methods:

  • Alipay QR code payment
  • WeChat QR code payment

Recharge Process

Step 1: Access the Recharge Page

  1. Log in to the AI-POOL platform
  2. Access the recharge page through any of the following methods:
    • Click "Wallet" in the top navigation bar
    • Click the "Recharge" button
    • Click "Recharge Now" in the personal center

Step 2: Select Recharge Amount

On the recharge page, you can select the recharge amount in two ways:

Quick Selection

Click on the preset recharge amount buttons:

  • ¥10
  • ¥50
  • ¥100
  • ¥500

Custom Amount

Enter a custom amount in the input box:

  • Minimum amount: ¥10
  • Maximum amount: ¥10,000
  • Only integer amounts are supported

Step 3: Generate Payment QR Code

  1. After selecting or entering the recharge amount, click the "Recharge Now" button
  2. The system will automatically generate a payment order
  3. The page will display the payment QR code and order information

Step 4: Scan and Pay

  1. Use Alipay or WeChat to scan the QR code
  2. Confirm the payment amount on your mobile device
  3. Complete the payment operation

Step 5: Wait for Credit

  1. After successful payment, the system will automatically detect the order status
  2. Funds usually arrive within seconds
  3. The page will automatically update the balance after credit
  4. You can also check the latest balance in "Personal Center"

Recharge Limits

To ensure account security and compliance requirements, AI-POOL has set the following recharge limits:

Order Management

View Recharge History

  1. Go to the "Recharge History" page
  2. View all historical recharge orders
  3. Each record includes:
    • Order number
    • Recharge amount
    • Payment status
    • Creation time
    • Completion time

Order Status Description

Status Description
Pending Order created, awaiting payment
Processing Payment is being processed
Completed Payment successful, balance credited
Cancelled Order cancelled or expired
Refunded Order has been refunded

Order Timeout Handling

  • Orders not paid within 15 minutes after creation will be automatically cancelled
  • Expired orders will not occupy quota
  • You can create a new order for recharge

Payment Security

AI-POOL employs multiple measures to ensure payment security:

  • Secure authentication of payment interfaces
  • Real-time order status monitoring

User Recommendations

  • Confirm the payment amount is correct before scanning
  • Do not disclose order information to others
  • Verify credit promptly after payment completion
  • Save recharge receipts

Invoice Service

If you need to issue an invoice, please contact customer service and provide:

  • Order number
  • Invoice header
  • Taxpayer identification number
  • Invoice type (ordinary invoice/VAT special invoice)

Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

  • Recharged amount is unused
  • Account status is normal
  • Meets refund policy requirements

Refund Process

  1. Contact customer service to apply for refund
  2. Provide order number and reason for refund
  3. Customer service reviews the refund application
  4. After approval, refund will be returned to original payment method within 3-7 business days

Non-refundable Situations

  • Used recharge amounts
  • Account has violations
  • Exceeded refund application period (30 days after recharge)

Recharge Recommendations

First-time Recharge

  • It is recommended to recharge a small amount first (e.g., ¥10) for testing
  • Recharge more after confirming the service meets your needs

Daily Use

  • Recharge reasonably based on actual usage
  • Avoid recharging too much at once
  • Check balance regularly and top up in time

Enterprise Users

  • It is recommended to assign a dedicated person for recharge management
  • Keep all recharge records and receipts
  • Reconcile regularly to ensure clear accounts
