What if payment is successful but balance is not credited?

  1. Wait 1-2 minutes, there may be a system delay
  2. Refresh the page to check the latest balance
  3. Check the order status in "Recharge History"
  4. If still not credited, please contact customer service with the order number

What if it says the order has expired during payment?

Orders are valid for 15 minutes after creation. After expiration, you need to:

  1. Return to the recharge page
  2. Reselect the recharge amount
  3. Generate a new payment order

Can I pay with a bank card?

Currently, only Alipay and WeChat QR code payments are supported. Direct bank card payment is not available. You can bind your bank card through Alipay or WeChat for payment.

Are there any discounts for recharge amounts?

  • Currently, recharges are credited at a 1:1 ratio of the actual amount
  • The platform will occasionally launch recharge promotional activities
  • Follow platform announcements for the latest discount information

Can recharge amounts be transferred?

For security reasons, account balances cannot be transferred to other users.

What if the payment QR code cannot be displayed?

Possible causes and solutions:
