Terms of Service#

The AI POOL Service Agreement is an agreement between you and our platform regarding the use of AI POOL cloud services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please read and fully understand all terms of this agreement, especially the terms that exempt or limit our liability, terms that limit your rights, and terms regarding dispute resolution and applicable law. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, please do not register or use the Service.

Article 1: Service Content#

• We will provide you with internet-based information technology services such as storage, computing, and network transmission.
• We will periodically push the latest updates to you through in-site messages, emails, or text messages.
• We will provide you with relevant technical support and customer service to help you better use the Service.
• We will provide you with stable online services, guaranteeing monthly service availability of no less than 99%.

Article 2: User Registration and Account Management#

• You need to register an account before using the Service. You guarantee that the information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and will be updated in a timely manner.
• You should properly keep your account name and password and be responsible for all actions arising therefrom. If you find that someone else is using your account, please change your account password or contact us in time.
• We have the right to review your account. If we find that your account is abnormal or illegal, we have the right to suspend or terminate the Service to you.

Article 3: Usage Rules#

• You shall not use the Service to engage in any illegal activities or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights and disclosure of others' trade secrets.
• You shall not maliciously register accounts by any means, including but not limited to for the purpose of profit, speculation, or cash-out.
• You shall not use the Service to spread any illegal, harmful, or malicious software information.
• You shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement, and bear full responsibility for the information published in the Service and the results generated by using the Service.

We prohibit the use of our connected model services to generate content that may cause harm to individuals or society. Ensuring platform security is key to long-term stable operation. If any use of the platform's model capabilities for generating and using prohibited content is discovered, the account will be immediately banned and the account balance will not be refunded.

Prohibited Content Includes But Is Not Limited To:#

Exploitation and Abuse#

• Content that describes, displays, or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited, regardless of whether it is prohibited by law. This includes content involving children or child pornography.
• Content that describes or is used to groom children is prohibited. Grooming is the behavior of adults establishing relationships with children for the purpose of exploitation, especially sexual exploitation. This includes communicating with children for the purpose of sexual exploitation, trafficking, or other forms of exploitation.

Non-Consensual Intimate Content#

• The Service prohibits content that describes, provides, or promotes non-consensual intimate activities.
• Content that describes, provides characteristics of, promotes, or is used to solicit commercial sexual activities and sexual services is prohibited. This includes encouraging and coordinating actual sexual activities.
• Content that describes or is used for human trafficking purposes is prohibited. This includes recruiting personnel, facilitating transportation, payment, and facilitating the exploitation of people, such as forced labor, domestic servitude, servitude, forced marriage, and forced medical procedures.

Suicide and Self-Harm#

• Content that describes, praises, supports, promotes, glorifies, encourages, and/or instructs individuals to self-harm or commit suicide is prohibited.

Violent Content and Behavior#

• Content that describes, displays, or promotes graphic violence or gore is prohibited.
• Content that depicts terrorist acts; praises or supports terrorist organizations, terrorists, or violent terrorist ideologies; encourages terrorist activities; provides assistance to terrorist organizations or terrorist causes; or assists terrorist organizations in recruiting members is prohibited.
• Content that advocates or promotes violent behavior against others through violent threats or incitement is prohibited.

Hate Speech and Discrimination#

• Content that attacks, vilifies, intimidates, degrades, targets, or excludes individuals or groups based on actual or perceived characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious belief, age, disability status, caste, or any other characteristics related to systemic bias or marginalization is prohibited.
• Content that threatens, intimidates, insults, belittles, or degrades individuals or groups with language or images, or promotes physical harm or other abusive behavior (such as stalking) is prohibited.

Misinformation#

• Content that is intentionally deceptive and may adversely affect the public interest is prohibited, including deceptive or false content related to health, safety, election integrity, or civic participation.

Malware and Cyberattacks#

• Content that directly supports illegal active attacks or causes technical harm through malware activities, such as providing malicious executables, organizing denial-of-service attacks, or managing command and control servers, is prohibited.

Article 4: Fees and Payment#

• You agree to pay fees related to the Service, with specific fee standards based on the prices we publish.
• We may adjust fee standards based on operating costs and market conditions. The latest price shall be the price at the time of your payment.

Article 5: Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability#

• The Service is provided at the level that can be achieved with existing technology and conditions. We cannot guarantee that the Service is completely fault-free or meets all your needs.
• We are not responsible for data loss, damage, etc. caused by your own misoperation.
• Due to the characteristics of generative AI, regulatory measures vary in different countries. All users must comply with relevant laws in their location. If you use it in any way that violates AI POOL's acceptable use policy, including but not limited to any use prohibited by laws, regulations, government orders, or decrees, or any use that infringes on the rights of others, the user shall bear the responsibility. We are not responsible for problems arising from customer use.

Article 6: Intellectual Property#

• We own all intellectual property rights to the Service and related software, technology, documentation, etc. Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, distribute, rent, reverse engineer, etc.
• The intellectual property rights to all data and content (including but not limited to files, images, etc.) generated during your use of the Service belong to you. We will not use, copy, modify, etc. your data and content.
• The intellectual property rights to data and content of other users in the online service belong to the original users. Without the permission of the original users, you may not use, copy, modify, etc.

Article 7: Other Terms#

• If some terms of this agreement are deemed invalid due to violation of laws and regulations, it does not affect the validity of other terms.
